G Plan sofas, armchairs and footstools dispatched from 1 November 2019 include a 25-year frame and frame construction guarantee. Springs have 10 years of cover, excluding springs within reclining mechanisms.
A two-year manufacturing guarantee covers materials, mechanisms, electrics and workmanship. Elevate rise and recline chairs also include five years of cover for the handset, mechanism and motor.
Guarantees apply to the first owner and normal domestic use, subject to G Plan's terms and care instructions. Accidental damage, misuse and unauthorised repairs are excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Often delivered by our own transport, or via white glove service of a third party, all our items will be delivered to your room of choice, with all packaging and coverings removed and disposed of.
