Wade Upholstery is a design led company with a heritage dating back over 90 years. Throughout this time the company's reputation for quality and craftsmanship has been paramount.

Each model is upholstered by skilled craftsman, many of whom have been with Wade since leaving school, and who will have undergone their four year training programme.

Comfort is, of course, imperative when choosing upholstery, so whenever possible Wade use traditional mesh-top spring units for their seat suspension. In seeking to offer something for everyone, however, all models come with alternative seat and back cushion fillings to achieve varying types of comfort.

Wade believe every piece of furniture can be as individual as the person who buys it. So, whether an exclusive fabric or leather from their own extensive range, or a customer's own material, all covers are cut by hand. Wade then encourage the co-ordination or fabric on scatter cushions or additional pieces of furniture, together with decorative cords and trimmings to further personalise each selection.

Finally, to further endorse Wade's commitment to both quality and care, each piece of furniture is upholstered and finished by hand, a classic example of a disappearing art left intact by a company committed to only the finest standards of skill, artistry and craftmanship.
